Refund & Cancellation Policy

Limited Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: Verified inability to access content for more than 48 hours
- Duplicate Billing: Confirmed multiple charges for the same period
- Unauthorized Use: Verified fraudulent activity following review
Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through account settings or the billing provider. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
Chargeback Protection
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and permanent restriction of access, including blocking of associated payment methods and accounts.
